Be among the first 25 applicantsJob DescriptionWe are growing our Consulting Services team and looking for an experienced Solution Architect to join us on our exciting journey and be part of the Hitachi Solutions family.The main responsibilities for an F&O Solution Architect are to:Work directly with clients to understand their business strategy, high-level requirements & processesDemonstrate the future state solution enactment of the articulated business strategy in the context of Microsoft Dynamics 365 for F&O & related applications and technologiesUtilise specialist knowledge of business processes and the Microsoft Dynamics product suite (including related applications and technologies) to support the development and expansion of the solution footprint to meet clients’ articulated business strategyProvide solution demonstrationsDevelop original approaches to improve or replace existing processes and proceduresDesign bespoke solutionsDocument the Solution DesignReview functional specifications for clients of high complexity and quality, including complex integrations or significant module changesAct as the single point design authority between functional and technical teams to facilitate solution developmentGuide Client Programme Directors & Project Managers and keep them informedShare knowledge with other project team members or other Hitachi Solutions functional consultantsExecute responsibilities in accordance with Hitachi Solution Europe Ltd’s Quality Management PolicyThe MS D365 F&O Solution Architect will take accountability for:The overall functional & technical workstream solution designThe overall solution integration designQualificationsMS D365 F&O Solution Architects will typically have:Minimum 4 years experience with Dynamics for F&ODeep functional knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics 365 for F&O solutions & integrationsExperience developing customised solutions for complex business problemsDemonstrable Solution Architect experienceStrong knowledge of Solution and Integration DesignRelevant Microsoft certificationsExcellent documentation and communication skillsLogical problem-solving approach and structured change managementAbility to multitask and prioritizeGood interpersonal skills and attention to detailFluent English, mandatory for international projects and UK-based teamsWillingness to travel as needed to client sites across EuropeAdditional InformationDiversity and Inclusion at Hitachi SolutionsWe value diversity as a source of innovation and growth.
