Our division drives the definition and implementation of GO Strategy, steers GO investments and ensures successful execution of strategic and critical projects for GO.More precisely, our main missions include:Drive the GO Strategy Exercise Process: coordinate and steer transversally the AXA GO Strategic exerciseEnsure consistency across GO stakeholders, challenge and manage interdependencies between functionsDrive the implementation of GO strategy, notably efficiency plans: steer GO Transformation Program, monitor GO efficiency plan through operational follow‑up with GO DivisionsEnsure successful execution of strategic and critical projects for GO: bring methodological support and challenge to GO Divisions in shaping projects, monitor closely project delivery initiatives (support to Project/Program managers), on an ad hoc basis, take the lead on transversal strategic initiatives, steer GO investments transversally and run project portfolio management processAbout the jobWithin GO Organization, Processes and Data, Chief Data Officer for Group Operations is in charge of driving internal AXA GO Data & AI transformation. The focus of this job position is to drive Data architecture activities across AXA GO Business Data Domains as well as delivering data architecture contributions to transformation projects involving data and AI.Main missionsAs a Data Architecture Lead Expert under the leadership of the Chief Data Officer, your mission is to embody data architecture capability ensuring that the data solution supports business requirements.
