Budget: 550 Data Governance Lead Role Description The Data Governance Lead supports the Head of Data Governance to design the data governance model and to coordinate, support & monitor its implementation within the organization. Responsibilities Supports the Head of Data Governance to: Define with data governance stakeholders all data governance policies, standards and processes Document, communicate, update data governance related policies, standards and processes and provide support to the stakeholders for their adoption Prepare the data governance committees agenda and animation Provide data governance deployment & performance monitoring through specific KPIs (e.g quality and compliance KPIs aligned with OKR) Prepare data governance stakeholders escalations review and arbitration Prepare requests prioritization, data issues escalation, facilitation and recommendations Document/update all data frameworks (e.g. sensitivity, prioritization etc.) Select and pilot the deployment & adoption of the best tooling to animate and support data governance Key Skills Domain Expertise 3+ years of experience with data, ideally with previous governance experience Experience in performance management metrics Strong project management experience with proven ability to coordinate cross functional teams of business, IT and other key stakeholders Excellent understanding of data governance functions (data prioritization, metadata, data quality, data security, data retention etc.) Agile / Digital Experience Knowledge and understanding of Agile principles Individual Skills Strong communication skills with ability to clearly communicate data governance concepts to business stakeholders and align cross-functional teams (incl. Business, IT) on decisions Strong interpersonal and communication/persuasion skills Strong project management leadership Mindset & Behaviors Open and cooperative, with service mindset to facilitate the process for different stakeholders Open to learning new ideas outside scope or knowledge skillset #J-18808-Ljbffr
