ResponsibilitiesProject oversight: Oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of retail shopfitting projects in the food industry.Team Management: Lead and supervise construction teams on site, ensuring clear communication and accountability.Quality Control: Implement best practices and quality standards throughout the construction process.Subcontractor and Supplier Management: Manage subcontractors and suppliers, ensuring adherence to project specifications and timelines.Client Relationship Management: Maintain strong relationships with clients, providing updates on project progress and addressing any concerns. Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and preferences.Health and Safety Compliance: Enforce compliance with health and safety regulations on-site.
