ASSISTANT(E) CHEF DE PRODUIT DEVELOPPEMENT FRAGRANCE GUCCI FLORA & GUCCI THE ALCHEMIST’S GARDEN 6 Month Internship Starting January 2026 RESPONSIBILITIES As part of the product development team, you will be involved in the launch of new products and the operational implementation of marketing plans. As part of our marketing development department, the intern will be responsible for : Your main focus : Market analysis: Quantitative and qualitative analysis of the GUCCI FLORA & THE ALCHEMIST’S GARDEN performances (sell in and sell out) Analysis of the competition (products & campaigns), consumer needs and major trends in the beauty industry. Product development: Creative development: storytelling, product names, moodboards and design for new projects Briefing of external agencies for packaging development and mockups Collaboration with fragrance houses to develop the juices (fragrance briefs, attendance to smelling sessions) Development of all marketing tools (sampling, gift-with-purchase, ancillaries, vial on card, miniatures etc.) Participation in all meetings and work on various ppt presentations 360 development: Close collaboration with all the 360 teams (digital, media, influence, merchandising) Owner of the campaigns (brief, feedback on assets post production) You will be accompanied by your product manager, and you will work closely together with several departments such as digital, media, influence or merchandising teams but also external agencies. All the teams will help you grow, gain experience and fulfil your potential throughout your internship. YOU ARE A COTY FIT Business school student or postgraduate in Business/Marketing. You are sensitive to the Perfumes and Cosmetics sector. You have a strong analytical mind and a creative sensibility. You are organized and rigorous. You have a sense of service and great interpersonal skills. You know how to prioritize and juggle different projects. Ideally, you have some initial experience in a company in the field of Marketing Development.
