Job Description Summary Manage team of regional material planning leader EMEA & HNA material processes and systems prepare and update purchasing needs to deliver for Construction & Commissioning. Drive operational excellence along with side business partners (engineering manufacturing Construction & Commissioning. Shape strategically and operationally wise global material planning Job Description Essential Responsibilities Ensure regional material planning team are releasing PR in due time as per process (check Bill of Material Content review ECO content etc.) with accurate attributes (purchasing group standard lead time quantity etc.) according committed schedule maintain short cycle PR & aged PR at the lowest possible level & direct PR to the appropriate region according to sourcing strategy. Drive continuous improvement for Material Planning carry on standardization & harmonization across the different regions. Take the lead on strategical and operational decision taking into account engineering sourcing manufacturing and Construction & Commissioning requirements along with business targets Lead productivity action to reduce the number of transactions (i.e. : PR reduction) Enhance interaction with sourcing (Oscar EPP Project tree structure demand visibility etc.) to drive better operational performance. Enhance interaction with engineering on BoM management and on time ECO release aiming to reduce ECO revision overall Increase C&C visibility on the material delivery at site via developed tool (i.e. : Hydro Material Management dashboard) Bridge the gap between engineering sourcing manufacturing and Construction & Commissioning function. Maintain regular operating rhythm with those functions. Qualifications / Requirements Bachelors Degree is mandatory More than 10 years experience on production scheduling & / or material planning in industry Team management experience is preferred. Skilled in Microsoft office ware such as MS. Excel MS. Power Point and MS. Project etc. Good English skill in both written and oral. French speaking skill recommended.
