In 2024, our AI-powered support tools reduced response times by 60% while improving member satisfaction scores.What you’ll build and who you’ll work withAI support platform: Intelligent systems that help our support team resolve member queries faster and more accuratelyAutomation engine: Smart workflows that handle routine tasks, allowing our team to focus on complex member needs and relationship buildingNext-Gen member experience: AI tools that anticipate member needs and provide proactive healthcare guidanceRoleYou’ll lead 6-15 engineers across multiple crews, working closely with product managers, support operations, and data scientists. You’re the bridge between cutting-edge AI technology and real member impact.
