About the role ATR – RL Qualité FAL Stations 45 / 50 / 25 / 22 – a quality leadership position at AEROCONTACT in the region with a focus on regional aviation excellence. Responsibilities Manage the ATR quality team on stations 45 SUD, 50 SUD, 25 SUD and 22, including engine preparation and assembly (QOM & inspectors). Drive subcontractor quality on stations 45/50/25 NORD (TRM, PRM, CRM, KPI follow‑up and operational priorities). Participate in product activity surveys and audits. Lead daily, weekly and monthly operational reviews and technical topic follow‑up (QSR, DIT, qualifications, training, IT tools, etc.). Act as backup for the Quality Unit Leader of the FAL A. Qualifications Quality production or industrial engineering background with a focus on aeronautical maintenance. 5‑10 years of experience in the aeronautics industry, shop floor, with ATR aircraft knowledge a strong plus. Rigor, autonomy, teamwork, agility, organization and relational skills. Fluent in English and French (Italian a plus). Motivation to collaborate with a team that connects communities and businesses.
