Technical Lead / Architecte IBM CP4BA (FR/EN) Notre client renforce son équipe IBM et recherche un(e) Technical Lead / Architecte IBM Cloud Pak for Business Automation (CP4BA) pour accompagner des projets de digitalisation dans des environnements exigeants (banque, assurance, secteur public, services). Votre mission : Vous intervenez comme expert de référence sur la conception, l’implémentation et l’évolution de plateformes CP4BA. Vous combinez une posture d’architecte, de leader technique et de conseiller, avec une vision orientée innovation, notamment autour d’IBM Watsonx. Responsabilités clés : Analyse des besoins métiers et techniques, définition des architectures CP4BA et sécurisation des choix technologiques Audits, diagnostics, migrations et modernisation de plateformes Encadrement des équipes, mise en place des bonnes pratiques et animation d’ateliers Conseil sur l’intégration de Watsonx, conception de cas d’usage IA et participation aux POC Contribution aux phases d’avant-vente (architecture cible, chiffrage, soutenances clients) Environnement technique : IBM CP4BA, BAW/BPM, FileNet, Case Manager, Content Navigator, Java/JEE, REST/SOAP, SQL, OpenShift/Kubernetes (selon contexte) Profil recherché 10+ ans d’expérience en IBM ECM / Business Automation Expertise CP4BA, BAW, FileNet, Case Manager, Content Navigator Maîtrise Java/J2EE, JavaScript, Dojo, HTML Environnements Linux & Windows Server Intérêt pour IBM Watsonx Leadership, excellentes capacités de communication, autonomie Mobilité Luxembourg Certification IBM appréciée Anglais professionnel #J-18808-Ljbffr
