Fullstack Software Engineer (x/f/m) - Insurance Offer 1 week ago Be among the first 25 applicants 🎯 The mission & impact we equip our Sales team with tools to craft offers, price them, and contractualize them in one go. We also power our self-serve subscription flow. Over time, we manage our contract lifecycles, ensuring they remain up-to-date with legal requirements and responsible consumption best practices, and balanced in terms of loss ratio. Alan's claim engine, billing system and other parts of our stack rely on the offers we build to deliver a pristine experience to our members. 🚀 What you'll build and who you’ll work with Next-Gen Healthcare Framework: 4 countries (and more to come), multiple products (Insurance but also several other healthcare products) but one system. Build the contract & service stack powering Alan’s growth for the next 10 years. AI-powered Acquisition Engine: Sales teams autonomous & assisted by AI to customize coverage, compute pricing, and generate contracts in real-time. Automated Renewal System: Automatically review and adjust coverage for our entire portfolio annually, accounting for legal changes, consumption trends, and economic shifts. You’ll work closely with insurance experts, business specialists, sales teams, and collaborate with other engineering teams across Alan. ⚡ Why this role is special Direct Impact: Your decisions affect Alan’s scaling, growth, profitability and ability to provide easy access to healthcare to more people.
