Your playground As part of the Controlling team, you will hold a strategic position at the heart of industrial performance and the site’s digital transformation. Your role : drive, challenge and support key decisions through precise analysis of economic and operational data. In this role, you will be a true partner to the Factory Management, connecting strategy, finance, and operational performance to support the site’s development. What awaits you Help continuously enhance transparency, agility, and efficiency in decision‑making as a transformer. Provide transparency in reporting, analytical depth and real insights into financials as a business partner for plant managers and departments. Play an important role in budgeting, forecasting and calculation processes and contribute to steer financial performance proactively as a teamplayer in our controlling department. Develop and improve existing and new processes and tools by leveraging digital solutions, automation and AI as a designer. What defines you Degree in management, controlling, finance, or business IT, or equivalent training. Proven experience in controlling, ideally in an industrial or manufacturing setting. Excellent command of SAP, Excel, and BI tools (Power BI, Power Automate, KNIME, SAP HANA). Analytical and structured mindset, combined with strong ability to challenge and support operational teams. Excellent communication and collaboration skills. Proficiency in at least two languages: French, English, or German (knowledge of all three is a plus). Why connect with us?
