We enable creating fully custom or templated staking integrations leveraging any asset and features such as slashing, redistribution, liquid restaking, and native staking. Over 40 teams, including Spark, Hyperlane, and Avail, are building on Symbiotic’s universal staking primitives secured by over $1bn in TVL. Our backgrounds range from security auditing and smart contract development to node operation, and we’re supported by Pantera Capital, Paradigm, and CyberFund. The Role We are currently searching for a Senior Golang Engineer who will play a pivotal role in the development of our Relay product. What You’ll Do Participate in all phases of backend and protocol development, including requirements analysis, software design, implementation, documentation, and unit testing. Communicate effectively with the team and company partners. Integrate new features into the existing codebase. Contribute to the estimation, planning, and execution of projects, features, and integrations. Review code written by other team members. Who You Are At least 3+ years of experience in software engineering with Golang and Blockchain. Expertise in CS fundamentals including data structures, databases, and API design. Strong working experience with distributed systems. Experience with LibP2P, Solidity and core protocol development is an advantage. Proficient with Docker and familiar with GitHub CI/CD and basic Kubernetes. Writes solid unit and integration tests using Go or similar frameworks. Understands and applies software security best practices. Organized and collaborative, with experience using tools like ClickUp for project management.
