Within the Group, you will join the Group Chief Underwriting Office as Pricing Expert Health. This role is based in Madrid only. Your job and daily missions: Context & Major Challenges The newly created Global Chief Underwriting Office will be accountable for establishing, enabling, and driving profit and growth through Product Underwriting Strategy, Portfolio Design and Technical Underwriting Excellence in partnership with the AXA Entities, for both Commercial and Retail, through: Portfolio Design Steering Underwriting Product Strategy and Profitability Measurement Technical Underwriting Guidance Pricing Models, Platforms and Analytics Risk Appetite deployment Ceded Reinsurance strategy design and purchasing As part of the Group Chief Underwriting & Pricing Office you will join the Health Pricing Team as Health Pricing Expert. You will join a team that ensures Market Leading Technical Pricing in Health Products. Key Accountabilities Ensure Market Leading Technical Pricing in Health Products For Health Products support Pricing Technical Reviews (Deep Dive, IDR, etc..) through reviews of Pricing Strategy, Adequacy, Governance, Tools, etc. Address Regulatory Pricing Topics related to Health products and support actions plans to respond to legal and regulatory changes and ensure fairness Stay abreast of and appropriately communicate knowledge of industry changes, specifically changes that affect pricing. Share expertise on product pricing methodologies, including pricing models, pricing parameters, and advanced pricing techniques. Provide support of central pricing models and platforms where needed Votre Profil Fully Certified Actuary, Data Scientist or equivalent Experience in Health and/or Retail P&C pricing of about 6 to 8 years Proficiency in English is mandatory. Spanish and French are a plus Expertise on product pricing methodologies, including pricing algorithms, pricing parameters, and advanced pricing techniques Experience with pricing models (Python, WTW Radar / Emblem, Akur8).
