Junior IT Systems Administrator

Job DescriptionWe are looking for professional, qualified and enthusiastic candidates to take up a full-time position of a Junior IT Systems Administrator to provide daily technical support.ResponsibilitiesSupervised responsibility for troubleshooting and diagnosing desktop computer systems and peripheral equipment problemsSupervised responsibility for IT support operations, including but not limited to receiving and tracking user requests, assigning priority and responsible persons, resolving requests and users’ notificationShared responsibility for installation, configuration, maintenance and upgrades of desktop computer systems and peripherals (e.g., network cards, printers, modems, mice, add-in boards, copiers, etc.)Supervised responsibility for asset management of desktop computer systems (hardware and software inventories, licensing, systems decommissioning, etc.)Is responsible for documentation of system problems and resolutionsAssists with providing basic IT training to PSI staff, at the discretion of Training & ResourcingPlease upload your CV in EnglishQualificationsCollege Degree preferably in Computer Science or a related fieldAt least 1+ years of experience in ITMicrosoft Certified Desktop Support Technician (MCDST) training is a plusRelated experience in systems and network administrationKnowledge of basic systems administration tools and processesAbility to plan, multitask and work in a dynamic team environmentAdvanced communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skillsAdditional InformationTake the next step in your career and join a company that genuinely focuses on its people.About UsPSI is a passionate, organically grown, and award-winning full-service CRO who dares to be different.
