Contexte de la Mission La mission s’inscrit dans un projet de refonte d’un système d’information permettant de superviser et de monitorer la Chaîne Communicante. L’objectif est de reconstruire l’application from scratch, de la modulariser afin d’éviter l’obsolescence des outils et de remettre le métier au centre du développement via des pratiques craft. Budget et Secteur Budget: 600 Secteur: Energie Responsabilités Construire et porter la vision métier du produit Prioriser les fonctionnalités selon la valeur métier Garantir l’adéquation des livrables aux attentes métier Accompagner les équipes de développement Piloter la communication, la formation et l’information Coordonner les parties prenantes projet Environnement Équipe : ~50 personnes (Core Team, 4 Feature Teams, 1 Platform Team DevOps) Méthodes : Agilité, SAFe, Craft, DDD Stack : Java, React, Kafka, Oracle, Elasticsearch, Storm, Flume, Infinispan, Drools, Spring Compétences Clés Vision produit et pilotage métier Méthodes agiles / SAFe Sensibilité craft & DDD Leadership transverse Excellente communication #J-18808-Ljbffr
