We are currently looking for a QA Test Engineer in France.As a QA Test Engineer, you will play a key role in ensuring the quality, reliability, and performance of advanced medical software solutions. You will design, implement, and execute comprehensive test plans, combining both automated and manual testing approaches to identify and resolve software issues. Collaborating closely with development teams, you will validate that features meet business requirements and user needs while maintaining high standards of software quality. This role requires attention to detail, analytical thinking, and a proactive approach to testing in a fast‑paced, innovative environment. You will also contribute to the development of QA best practices, documentation, and process improvements, impacting product reliability and user satisfaction. Opportunities to work with modern testing frameworks, scripting languages, and cloud‑based systems will further enhance your technical expertise.AccountabilitiesTake ownership of all QA activities, including test planning, execution, and verification/validation reportingDevelop and maintain automated test suites and manual test plans to ensure comprehensive coverageAnalyze software requirements and business logic to validate functionality against specificationsIdentify, report, and collaborate on the resolution of software defects and regressionsMaintain documentation on testing processes, results, and CAPA (Corrective and Preventive Action) plansPerform functional, regression, integration, and performance testing using appropriate methodologiesWrite and maintain test scripts using languages such as Python, Typescript, or RUST, and manage test code in GitRequirementsBachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent experienceMinimum of 5 years of QA experience, including at least one year in a senior role with ownership of QA activitiesProficiency with automated testing frameworks (e.g., Pytest, Playwright, Nextest) and scripting languages (Python, Typescript, RUST)Strong understanding of industry best practices in software validation and verificationExcellent analytical, problem‑solving, and communication skills in EnglishAbility to work independently and collaboratively in a team environmentFamiliarity with CET working hours and availability during these timesOptional but desirable: experience in security testing, cloud‑based applications, database testing, API testing (GraphQL/REST), and knowledge of ISO / IEC 13485, 62304, or 14791 regulationsBenefitsCompetitive salary and supportive work environment fostering work‑life balanceOpportunities for professional growth and international experienceCollaborative and inclusive company cultureExposure to innovative medical software and healthcare technologiesOccasional travel to company HQ to engage with core operations and teamsWhy Apply Through Jobgether?We use an AI-powered matching process to ensure your application is reviewed quickly, objectively, and fairly against the role’s core requirements.
