Growth Strategist, France Market We’re looking for a Growth Strategist for the France market to join our International Growth team. In this role, you’ll drive market share in France, quickly identifying, testing, and scaling new growth opportunities with a hands‑on, performance‑driven approach. This is a unique opportunity to make an immediate impact and evolve into a full‑time Growth Strategist as we grow in the France market. Your day‑to‑day Design and execute data‑driven tests to find scalable growth channels (e.g., podcasts, digital downloads, influencer campaigns) in the France market. Manage and optimize a dedicated marketing budget for rapid experimentation, ensuring strong ROAS and LTV/CAC. Analyze market trends, competitor strategies, and customer behaviour to inform and prioritise new growth initiatives. Partner with global Performance, SEO, and Brand teams to align local market insights with overarching strategy. Provide feedback on brand messaging and product features to ensure resonance with the France audience. Inform hiring roadmap based on initiative success and needs of the France presence. Act as the Voice of Country and Voice of Customer, providing critical on‑ground intelligence to the wider team. Drive customer research to uncover hidden cohorts and untapped opportunities. Your Skills & Experience Proven hands‑on experience in digital marketing and performance marketing, with a strong understanding of funnels and measurable growth. Deep understanding of the France digital landscape, key channels, market trends, and consumer behaviour. Experience managing and optimising marketing budgets focusing on ROAS and LTV/CAC. Natural hustler with hunger to identify and execute opportunities, humility to learn, and results‑oriented mindset. Excellent collaboration skills and ability to work effectively with cross‑functional teams. Proficiency in leveraging analytics and data to inform decisions and demonstrate impact.
