Regional BDR Team Manager

Canonical is a leading provider of open source software and operating systems to the global enterprise and technology markets. We are expanding our sales and field engineering teams globally and are looking for SDR Team Managers to run new inbound and outbound teams. Our goal is to manage inbound leads for a global tech company, develop outstanding sales professionals, and foster an environment of high integrity, high empathy, and rigorous work ethic. Responsibilities Manage and mentor a team of 2‑10 SDRs/BDRs. Maintain a multi‑million dollar pipeline of inbound and outbound leads. Develop and implement sales development programs and coaching plans. Use data to drive team activities and continuous improvement. Adjust outbound strategies to adapt to market changes and innovation. Collaborate cross‑team to support business development and alliance initiatives. We value Excellent academic results at school and university. Bachelor's or equivalent degree in Business or STEM. Knowledge and passion for business development, sales and technology. Track record of exceptional outbound sales development results. Commitment to continuous learning and improvement – curious, flexible, scientific. Creative problem solving and cross team collaboration. Leadership experience of one form or another. Ability to use data to drive team activities and continuous improvement.
