Budget: 740 Descriptif du poste Ce poste requiert un expert mainframe spécialisé CICS pour assurer le rôle de Technical Service Owner au sein d'un environnement IBM zSeries. L'enjeu principal est de garantir la satisfaction client tout en assurant la qualité, la disponibilité et la performance des services mainframe CICS fournis aux entités opérationnelles d'AXA. Le profil recherché doit faire le pont entre les équipes techniques internes, les fournisseurs externes et le management, en apportant une expertise technique pointue (analyse de dumps, tuning de performance, gestion des incidents) tout en étant capable de vulgariser des concepts techniques complexes. La mission combine des responsabilités opérationnelles (support expert, gestion des évolutions, disaster recovery) et managériales (pilotage de prestataires, reporting, validation des RCA), nécessitant une expérience solide de 5 à 8 ans minimum sur CICS et une excellente capacité à travailler sous pression dans un contexte international.
