At Opal, we’re building tools to help people reclaim their time and focus on what truly matters. In three months, we’ve grown an organic creator channel from 0 to 300K followers, generated tens of millions of views, and earned nearly 5M likes—all while reaching US women 25–35 with neuroscience-led content about focus and well‑being. Now we’re creating something new: a second voice, a fresh audience, a bigger cultural impact. Your mission is to own a new creator‑led social account, target a different demographic, and replicate and scale our proven viral strategy. What You’ll Be Doing Independently lead a social channel: craft engaging content that aligns with Opal’s mission to help people focus better, driving brand awareness and installs. Engage with our community: actively interact with users on the social channel, responding to comments and messages, and fostering a positive and supportive online environment. Collaborate cross‑functionally: work with our Social Media Manager and Growth Lead teams to align social media efforts with business goals, including driving website traffic and increasing app downloads. What You Bring Creator experience: you’ve built an engaged audience on at least one social platform with content that performs. Creative instincts: you craft high‑impact short‑form videos with strong hooks, pacing, and clear storytelling. Trend awareness: you’re fluent in U.S. internet culture and can adapt trends in a way that feels original to your niche. Performance mindset: you use analytics to quickly iterate and improve reach, engagement, and conversions. Community focus: you love turning viewers into loyal followers through active engagement. Ownership & teamwork: you move fast with autonomy, while collaborating closely with a small, ambitious team aligned with Opal’s mission. Native English speaker. Why Opal?
