We embed sustainability in everything we do to ensure our customers are ready for the moments that matter.For our site in Montpellier (France), alternatively Bremen (Germany) we are looking for anAircraft Maintenance Specialist (f/m/d)Key responsibilitiesSupervision and execution of scheduled and unscheduled maintenance and servicing workSupervision and implementation of repair and maintenance measures as well as installation, interim and functional tests of components during retrofittingTroubleshooting and rectification of faultsDisassembly and assembly of components in the areas of control, steering, drive and engine, hydraulic and de-icing systems and aircraft cabinsChecking and approving the maintenance and repair work carried outResponsibility for creating documentation of the work carried outTechnical instruction of employees within the scope of the assigned projectsQualificationsCompleted vocational training as an aircraft mechanic or equivalent trainingFurther training EASA Part 66 CAT B1 with valid type rating for DA42 TDI and AustroExperience in the maintenance and repair of civil aircraft as well as in the area of base and line maintenanceGood written and spoken German and very good English skillsAbility to work independently and responsibly as well as a high degree of flexibilityEnjoyment of development workWillingness to undertake occasional business trips in France and abroadWe offercomprehensive onboardingthe opportunity to work in international teamsthe chance to tackle complex problems and find solutions in the aviation industrya responsible position with excellent development opportunitiesPosition TypeRegularCAE thanks all applicants for their interest.
