The ideal candidate balance technical skills (Hardware, IT, and Cabling Management) is highly analytical with superior attention-to-detail, self-motivated, and a positive, humble ‘results driven’ attitude. Technicians are also expected to provide feedback, create documentation on both technical and non-technical processes, and contribute to our knowledge library that can be leveraged by others, for example: KB Articles, SOP, lessons learned, etc. Additionally, the Tech will be both internal and external facing with the ability to lead and drive initiatives as assigned to conclusion.Key Responsibilities:Perform hardware setup, maintenance, troubleshooting, and diagnostics for servers, racks, and switches.Support network setup and cabling management, ensuring accuracy and minimal downtime.Handle incident reporting, escalation, and documentation (SOPs, KB articles, lessons learned).Ensure safety compliance and participate in daily operational briefings.Collaborate with internal and external teams, driving assigned initiatives to completion.Maintain strong client focus and uphold data center service quality and SLAs.Ideal ProfileRequirements:2–4+ years of experience as a Data Center Technician.Strong hardware and network troubleshooting skills.Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work autonomously or in a distributed team.Education: High school diploma (or equivalent).Preferred Skills:Certifications: CCNA, MCP/MSCE.Scripting knowledge: PowerShell, Python, or Bash.What's on Offer? #J-18808-Ljbffr
