Senior Fullstack Engineers

Sweep is hiring Senior Fullstack Engineers to work on our sustainability data management platform.Climate change is the defining challenge of our era, and technology is at the center of the fight. Sweep is arming companies with tools to manage their climate impact, thereby contributing to a better future for everyone.Ok, sounds promising. What will I be doing?As an integral part of our engineering team, you will help build our innovative SaaS tool that allows companies to measure and track their Carbon and ESG data, set reduction goals and report on progress towards a cleaner future.To be more specific, this includes:1. Develop and own features of the core product 🌱Participate in every stage of the development life-cycle from design to implementation, testing, rollout and making everything run smoothly in productionContribute to our technical architecture as we growImplement end-to-end features from data models to back-end development and UI developmentIdentify technical problems and develop software updates and fixes2. Be a team citizen 👫Participate actively in the team meetings (standup, planning, etc)Review and comment pull requests and code changesLead technical design of significant featuresRaise the bar for technical standards, performance, reliability, and operational excellence3. Maintain and operate our infrastructure ⚙️Build and set up new development tools and infrastructureAutomate and improve development and release processesEnsure that systems are safe and secure against cybersecurity threats4. Pursue quality 🔍Be a quality gatekeeperImprove processes and methodology to reach highest standards of qualityBring excellence in the code and drive excellence in your teamThat sounds just right for me.
