This is reflected by our team in Germany, France, Spain, and the UK.Your Contribution: Bring our Partnerships Channel to next levelCurrently, we are looking for a Partnership Lead to help us continue our growth within Europe & in the US.You will work closely with Sevan , Co-founder & CEO of Fleet and Baptiste VP GrowthDefine and execute the partnership strategy hand-in-hand with our VP of Growth, with a global scope (+60% of our revenue comes from international markets, and we are currently launching in the US).Strategic Monitoring and Identification of New Opportunities : Monitor the market to spot trends and new players who could become strategic partners.Management of Existing Partners : Maintain and develop relationships with current partners to ensure long-term collaboration (Remote, Qonto, Vanta to name only a few)Product Integrations : Create synergies and/or product integrations that generate value with our partners.Partnership Performance Tracking : Analyze partnership KPIs (e.g., number of leads, revenue generated, etc.) and implement corrective actions when necessary.Internal Collaboration with Product, Sales, and Marketing Teams: Work closely with internal teams to ensure partnership initiatives align with the company’s overall strategy.Training and Support for Partners: Provide training to partners on the company's products/services to maximize partnership impact.Your ProfileThere is no formula for success except perhaps an unconditional acceptance of life and what it brings. - Richard Branson, Founder of Virgin GroupWe learned that great entrepreneurs do not always follow traditional paths, which is why we want to hear from you regardless .
