Accommodation and meal packages in accordance with the collective agreement on ‘benefits in kind’ are available. €70 difference in net monthly salary to be housed (individually) and well fed. Position Housekeeping / Retail Team Leader M / F / X – Maintenance and Retail Sales Manager Responsibilities Lead a team of housekeeping assistants to ensure all common and customer areas are warm, welcoming and clean, creating a fantastic first impression. Supervise the site's retail and bar areas, providing friendly and welcoming service to young customers, families and other visitors. Ensure the team keeps retail and bar areas well‑stocked, organised, and visually appealing; encourage creativity in shop and bar displays. Collaborate with the Housekeeping, Retail and Administration Manager on overall site operations. Qualifications Solid experience in retail. Excellent leadership and communication skills. Creativity and commercial awareness. Strong interpersonal skills to help and engage customers. Leadership skills to inspire and lead a team. Confidence and problem‑solving skills to achieve goals by providing excellent customer experiences. More than 3 months' experience in retail and/or bar work.
