This role is responsible for conducting comprehensive assessments, diagnosing conditions, developing personalized treatment plans, and providing evidence-based care through telehealth platforms. The NP ensures each patient receives an exceptional care experience consistent with the standards and mission of Lindora.What To ExpectEvaluate, diagnose, and manage acute and chronic conditions within scope of practiceDevelop and implement individualized care plans focused on health optimization, disease prevention, and functional wellnessOrder and interpret diagnostic tests, laboratory work, and imaging as clinically appropriatePrescribe medications and therapeutic interventions in accordance with state regulations and company protocolsCollaborate with multidisciplinary team members—including physicians, nurses, nutritionists, and wellness specialists to ensure integrated care deliveryMaintain accurate and timely documentation within the Electronic Medical Record (EMR).
