Lightning Protection Technicians - EU or Ireland Location: Ireland or one of our European sites such as Belgium, Norway, Germany or Sweden. Job Type: Full Time About The Role Purpose of Role Reporting to the project manager & site supervisors, and based in Ireland or in one of our European sites such as Belgium, Norway, Germany or Sweden. Responsible for the day‑to‑day planning, coordination, and control of LPI projects. The purpose of the role is to install lightning protection and earthing systems on a variety of structures across all forms of private, public, industrial, commercial & Data Centre sectors. Responsibilities Install lightning protection and earthing systems on Data Centres and a variety of tall structures. This will involve working to pre‑designed schemes including drawings, a risk assessment and method statement. Undertake upgrades to existing lightning protection systems to specified instructions provided. Accurately complete company paperwork including point of work risk assessment, job sheets, marked up drawings, material schedules and timesheets, and ensure this is returned to the office‑based team. Requirements Applicants must have excellent problem‑solving, communication and teamwork skills. Experience working on commercial and industrial projects. Good knowledge and commitment to health and safety standards and protocols and good knowledge of EQHS Management System. Safe Pass. Manual Handling training. Working At Height training.
