Stage - Business Manager Industrie - H/F/XJoin to apply for the Stage - Business Manager Industrie - H/F/X role at Ekkiden.This internship position is ideal for a versatile individual with a strong business sense and entrepreneurial spirit.The Engineering Business Manager will have a significant and immediate impact on revenue growth while developing expertise in a specific sector or technological field.If you are motivated by launching sales activities, curious about the world of IT and digital, and eager to develop management skills, this role is for youRole: Internship - Business Manager in IndustryResponsibilitiesSales ActivitiesDevelop short- and medium-term commercial strategies to stimulate revenue growth within your scope.Identify potential clients (Large Accounts and SMEs) who might work with external consultants on projects in engineering, R&D, industrial installations, or processes and quality.Contribute to opening and developing new business accounts.Prospect to generate sales opportunities (cold calling, emailing, social selling, etc.).Prepare and participate in sales meetings with potential new clients.Foster a proactive approach in all sales contacts.Participate in Market Intelligence activities, creating sectoral, technological, and competitive market analyses.Update our CRM (Hubspot) and financial and administrative processes.Collaborate with the Sales Ops team to define business development strategies targeting new/existing clients.Manage all pillars of your Business Unit: strategy, positioning, sales development, team recruitment, new offerings, bid responses, financial and administrative management, team leadership and development.Account ManagementDefine key account management strategies to ensure client satisfaction and revenue growth.Manage relationships with existing clients.Maintain and increase sales with key accounts.Oversee project follow-up with clients.Monitor the development of your consultants with clients.Update CRM and administrative processes.RecruitmentWork with the recruitment team to define hiring strategies for suitable consultants.Conduct candidate interviews.Support the recruitment team technically in sourcing and hiring profiles.ManagementManage relationships with your consultants, including career development and client relations.Be the main contact to ensure consultant satisfaction.Collaborate with HR to develop tailored career paths.Operational management of multiple teams (Sales Ops and Recruitment).Track key performance indicators for activity and recruitment.Oversee profitability and manage revenues and costs.Opportunities for growth in other countries:Madrid - SpainParis - FranceLyon - FranceLille - FranceMunich - GermanyGeneva - SwitzerlandLausanne - SwitzerlandOr potentially establish your own office in a major city where we are not yet present.RequirementsBac+5 education, recent graduate with up to 3 years of experience, with some sales experience.
