What you’ll be doing: As a Quantity Surveyor at Gleeds, you’ll play a key role in the delivery and commercial success of major Infrastructure programmes. Your responsibilities will include: Supporting commercial management of major infrastructure projects from inception to completionDeveloping procurement strategies and managing contracts (NEC3/4) to ensure value and complianceManaging cost planning, forecasting, and reporting for high-value worksOverseeing risk, change control, and commercial governanceCollaborating with clients, contractors, and multidisciplinary teams to deliver best-in-class outcomesProviding leadership and mentoring to junior commercial staff What we’re looking for: Proven experience as a Quantity Surveyor or Commercial Manager on major infrastructure projects - sector experience is essentialStrong knowledge of NEC contracts and UK construction lawExcellent commercial acumen, communication skills, and client-facing experienceDegree qualified in Quantity Surveying or a related field Why Gleeds?
