AI Sound Engineer (m/w/d) – UAV Detection & Signal Processing Join us to apply for the AI Sound Engineer (m/w/d) – UAV Detection & Signal Processing role at Autonomous Teaming. Job Overview As an AI Sound Engineer, you will develop and optimize audio processing systems for UAV detection, classification, and tracking. You will design machine learning models to analyze acoustic signatures, noise patterns, and audio anomalies, ensuring real-time sound recognition for applications like UAV swarm coordination, defense systems, and stealth detection. Your role involves working with beamforming, Doppler analysis, noise filtering, and integrating AI-powered acoustic models with multi-modal sensor fusion (Radar, RF, EO/IR, Lidar). You will also ensure compliance with defense and aerospace standards (MIL-STD, ITAR, NATO STANAGs, IEC). Responsibilities Develop AI-driven audio processing systems for UAV detection, classification, and tracking Design machine learning models for analyzing acoustic signatures, noise patterns, and audio anomalies Optimize real-time sound recognition for UAV swarm coordination, defense systems, and stealth detection Work with beamforming, Doppler analysis, and noise filtering to improve UAV audio sensing capabilities Integrate AI-powered acoustic models with multi-modal sensor fusion (Radar, RF, EO/IR, Lidar) Ensure compliance with defense and aerospace standards (MIL-STD, ITAR, NATO STANAGs, IEC) Candidate Profile Main Requirements Experience in AI-driven sound processing, audio machine learning, or acoustic sensing Knowledge of neural networks for sound analysis, real-time DSP, and AI-enhanced signal processing Proficiency in Python, C++, TensorFlow/PyTorch, and audio processing frameworks (Librosa, Kaldi, OpenL3) Understanding of acoustic beamforming, sound localization, and UAV noise profiling Nice to Have Experience with military acoustic surveillance, adversarial AI for sound recognition, and UAV stealth detection Background in bio-inspired hearing models, sonar intelligence, and real-time acoustic anomaly detection Personal Attributes Creative, systematic thinker with disciplined execution Servant leadership mindset, prioritizing team success High moral standards, strong work ethic Extra-curricular achievements valued Motivated, detail-oriented, fluent in English Nationality of NATO member or close ally; security clearance required Why Join Us?
