The Team comprises 9 lawyers based primarily in the Lyon (France) region.*Missions*Drafting, reviewing and negotiating a broad range of commercial agreements with a principle focus on customer facing contracts.Contributing to the revision and development of legal practices and templates specifically in relation to German-speaking countries.Assisting with post-merger integration activities.Participating in the continued assessment of the risks arising out of research and development (R&D), distribution and other business activities.Providing legal support with respect to other legal activities on an “as needed” basis.*Skills*LL.M. or equivalent postgraduate degree in law.Qualified to practise as an in-house lawyer in France with 1-3 years experience in IT contracts (with an emphasis on SaaS)Team-oriented attitude and flexible with a proven ability to work to deadlinesFluent in English and German💡 Why You’ll Love Working at LumAppsWe’re proud to offer a work environment where people feel supported, valued, and empowered.
