Job Description You will be responsible for designing and developing new features for our SaaS products. We need someone who is passionate, autonomous, and loves technical challenges. You will be using Node.js a lot. Main Missions Design and develop new features from scratch, both on the frontend and backend, independently enhancing user experience and product functionality. Improve the code base with refactoring, bug fixes, and optimization. Work on multiple projects simultaneously. Collaborate constantly with the Product team throughout the development process. Help the customer support team on technical issues, providing prompt and effective solutions. Facilitate knowledge sharing and capacity building by training fellow developers. Potentially step into the role of technical lead within your squad in the future. Key Results Within 3 months you will have: Successfully onboarded and integrated into the team. Developed a deep understanding of our B2B SaaS products and their technical requirements. Contributed to the development of new features and improvements to our existing codebase. Within 12 months you will have: Played a key role in the development and delivery of multiple successful projects. Preferred Experience Proven track record in building and maintaining web applications. Robust understanding of NodeJS and MongoDB. Independent ownership of complex projects. Comfortable with agile methodologies. Good communication skills. Experience with remote collaboration tools such as Gather, Slack, and Notion. Adaptable and enthusiastic about discovering new things; capable of front‑end integration, back‑end development, Mongo optimization, customer support, and more. Fluency in French and English and located in the French time zone. Nice to Have First experience in a B2B SaaS startup. Self‑taught, with personal projects developed in childhood or evenings and weekends. Additional Information Salary between 50 K€ and 70 K€ fixed salary + 15 K€ bonus.
