Overview We are looking for a Junior Data Scientist/Analyst to join our team in Paris in a full-time position. You will be responsible for analyzing data to extract valuable insights, developing statistical models, and collaborating with teams to inform strategic decisions. Tasks will include leveraging structured and unstructured data, creating analytical dashboards, and presenting results to stakeholders. This is a hybrid role, combining work at the Paris office with flexible remote working. Responsibilities Analyze data to extract valuable insights and inform strategic decisions. Develop statistical models and leverage structured and unstructured data. Create analytical dashboards and present results to stakeholders. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into analytical solutions. Qualifications Data Science and Data Analytics Skills: Understanding of data science concepts and tools and ability to apply analytical techniques to solve complex problems. Data Analysis Skills: Proficiency in data analysis methods to interpret diverse data sets and draw relevant conclusions. Statistics skills: Solid foundation in statistics to model, interpret results, and validate hypotheses. Analytical skills: Strong analytical skills to understand and solve diverse problems using data. Other assets: Knowledge of programming languages such as Python or R, experience with data visualization tools, and ability to collaborate in cross-functional and multidisciplinary environments. Demonstrated experience in building scalable data solutions using Python and SQL. Proficiency in cloud data platforms (e.g., Snowflake, or similar) and data warehousing concepts. Strong understanding of machine learning lifecycle management (data preparation, feature engineering, model deployment, monitoring). Strong understanding of Generative (Gen) AI, Agentic Systems, and AI Agents and ability to implement and develop scalable systems from proof of concept to production. Ability to translate complex business requirements into robust technical solutions that support AI and analytics outcomes. Knowledge of MLOps and CI/CD practices for deploying and maintaining AI/ML models at scale.
