The job : As a Procurement team member, you will actively contribute to developing and maintaining supplier relationship management processes, procedures, and metrics to drive continuous improvements in inbound Supply Chain, Quality, and Service. Work collaboratively with Supply Chain members and other stakeholders to improve the supply of goods and services continuously. Proactively propose improvements in procurement processes and procedures to ensure service continuity, task consistency, and digitization in collaboration with the Procurement Operational Specialist. Your responsibilities : Represent Procurement for the MRO-Spare parts-PPE activity with internal stakeholders such as Maintenance, Operations, Construction, Quality, HSE, and Warehousing, managing needs for over 1000 manufacturing equipment across 15 sub-families. Define category strategy jointly with stakeholders and the Category Leader, and implement sourcing and purchasing strategies to optimize lead times and reduce total cost of ownership. Drive sourcing actions for various needs, develop and challenge supplier panels, and streamline procurement processes for efficiency and autonomy. Manage critical classified items, including analysis with stakeholders, tactical buying, storage, and part number creation aligned with MRP approach. Contribute to developing procurement processes such as supplier qualification and evaluation, using tools like audits, surveys, and SRM systems. Requirements - Qualifications and skills : Master’s Degree in Procurement Management or Engineering preferred. Experience with digital procurement solutions like punch-out catalogs, marketplaces, and internal/external deal facilitation. Familiarity with large scope categories such as spare parts, metrology, logistics, tooling, HVAC, PPE, and machining parts. Knowledge of ERP systems like SAP, and sourcing platforms, including Microsoft applications. Understanding of Procurement Operations (P2P, Source to Pay, Source to Contract). Strong communication skills, problem-solving ability, team orientation, project management capability, and negotiation skills. Proficiency in Microsoft environment, result-oriented mindset, strategic thinking, resilience under pressure, and willingness to learn and adapt. #J-18808-Ljbffr
