Relocation package provided for candidates moving to Lisbon.What You’ll Be Doing:Supporting French-speaking clients: Handle inquiries and provide support via phone, email, and chat, ensuring clients receive professional and efficient assistance.Troubleshooting and resolving client issues: Provide clear, friendly, and effective solutions to customer challenges.Collaborating with internal teams: Work closely with other departments to resolve complex client issues and ensure smooth service delivery.Gathering insights for service improvement: Provide feedback from client interactions to help enhance our services, products, and customer satisfaction.Exceeding client expectations: Go above and beyond to provide a memorable, positive experience for each client interaction.What We’re Looking For:Fluent in French (both written and spoken): Fluency in French is required as you'll be directly assisting French-speaking clients.Client-focused mindset: A passion for delivering excellent service and resolving client issues efficiently and effectively.Excellent communication skills: Ability to communicate clearly, professionally, and with a friendly tone, both verbally and in writing.Problem-solving skills: A proactive and solution-oriented mindset to address and resolve client challenges.Experience in customer service (preferred but not required): Previous customer-facing experience is an advantage, but we’re happy to train the right candidate.Onsite work commitment: Comfortable working onsite in Lisbon and engaging directly with clients in a face-to-face setting.Tech-savvy: Comfortable with customer service tools and open to learning new platforms.Why You Should Join Us:Onsite work in Lisbon: Work from our office in Lisbon, one of Europe’s most exciting cities with rich culture and stunning landscapes.Relocation package: Moving to Lisbon?
