OverviewSenior Engineering Manager - AI at Alan. We are building AI-powered healthcare tools used by 700K+ people across France, Spain, Belgium, and Canada. Our AI-powered support tools reduce response times and improve member satisfaction. Your leadership will directly impact how we deliver exceptional care to our members.What you’ll build and who you’ll work withSupport tools & systems: Sophisticated platforms that empower our support team to deliver exceptional member experiencesOperational solutions: Systems that balance technical excellence with support workflows and member needsAutomated support workflows: AI-driven automation that handles routine tasks so the team can focus on complex member needsRoleYou’ll lead 6-15 engineers across multiple crews, collaborating with product managers, support operations, and data scientists. You will be the bridge between cutting-edge AI technology and real member impact.
