We’re looking for a Field Marketing Manager for the EMEA region. This role is based in Paris, France with a required minimum of 4 days per week in-office. Responsibilities Regional Marketing Strategy: Develop and execute a comprehensive marketing plan for the EMEA region, aligning with global marketing goals and regional sales targets. Marketing Communications: Manage all marketing communications for regional customers and partners, including email campaigns, newsletters, webinars, and social media content, ensuring it is culturally and linguistically relevant. 📧 Community Management: Foster and build an interactive community of our academic and research-oriented customers to share the latest research and technical findings. Content Creation & Localization: Create, adapt, and tailor marketing collateral, presentations, case studies, and web content to meet the specific needs and nuances of the diverse markets within the EMEA region. Event Coordination: Plan, manage, and execute Ouster's presence at regional trade shows, conferences, and proprietary events to generate leads and strengthen customer relationships. This includes logistics, vendor management, and post-event follow-up. Sales & Marketing Liaison: Act as the primary communication bridge between the US-based corporate marketing team and the EMEA regional sales team. Gather feedback from the sales team to inform marketing strategy and ensure they are equipped with the materials they need to succeed. Lead Generation: Implement demand generation campaigns to grow the sales pipeline in key regional verticals. Market Analysis: Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs within the EMEA region to identify new marketing opportunities. You Have Language Fluency: Fluent at least 3 of: English, Spanish, Italian, German, French. Experienced Marketer: You have 5+ years of experience in B2B marketing, preferably in the technology, hardware, automotive, or robotics industry. Regional Expert: Proven experience managing marketing programs across the EMEA region with a strong understanding of its diverse cultural and business landscapes. Excellent Communicator: You possess outstanding native-language quality written and verbal communication skills in English. Fluency in at least two other European languages (e.g., German, French, Spanish, Italian) is required. Collaborative & Independent: You are a self-starter who can work independently while also functioning as a key member of a globally distributed team. You excel at building strong relationships with both sales and marketing stakeholders. Organized & Detail-Oriented: You have exceptional project management skills and can manage multiple projects, deadlines, and priorities simultaneously. Willing to Travel: This role requires a willingness to travel within the EMEA region for events and team meetings (approximately 20-30%). Educated: You hold a Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
