As part of the Decision Support Team, you will help empower investment professionals through simulation and order‑generation tools in our Windows‑based Fusion Invest platform. Define and monitor investment objectives. Control exposures and propose hedging actions for various market parameters. Design data‑model persistence, exposure calculations, server interactions, and visual indicators to ensure robustness, scalability, and clarity across the user journey. Continuously improve product quality using best‑practice design patterns, TDD, and automated testing. Optimize performance, including memory management and speed. Deliver engaging user experiences that anticipate operational needs. Work autonomously and proactively in an international team, with a curiosity to understand financial domains and a commitment to long‑term growth. Tech Stack Programming Languages: C++ (C++17 / C++20), C# Tools: Visual Studio 2022, VS Code, GitHub (source control) Platform: Windows‑based desktop application What You’ll Do Develop and maintain software components in C++/C#. Enhance portfolio‑management and front‑office operational components. Troubleshoot and resolve complex software issues. What We’re Looking For 10+ years of professional software development experience. Senior‑level proficiency in C/C++, C#. Proven ability to solve complex technical challenges. Experience in desktop application development. Bonus Points For GitHub experience. Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines. PowerShell scripting knowledge. Advanced SQL (Oracle) usage. Asynchronous/multi‑threaded processing of large datasets. DevExpress WinForms controls usage. MFC experience. Financial literacy in order management, trade/position/portfolio/fund management, risk exposure, and hedging. Interest in generative AI technologies.
