BEAUTY EXPERT NERDERLAND ZUID Born in the heart of the Bordeaux region in 1995, Caudalie is a fully independent, family-owned French skincare brand that balances science and nature with a touch of luxury. Caudalie has become an internationally recognized brand through the active ingredients of antioxidant grapes and grapevine extracts, like Polyphenols, Viniferine, and Resveratrol, offering a unique skincare experience while preserving the environment. Our mission? To be the most effective, clean, and sustainable beauty brand. We are seeking passionate, talented, sales-driven individuals to drive our growth and fast development in the Netherlands. Caudalie is looking for an ambitious BEAUTY EXPERT for Nederland Zuid and surrounding areas. You will be reporting to the General Manager and be representing the brand across different points of sales including our partners. You will be responsible for brand growth through sales, building relationships, and facilitating exciting trainings. JOB RESPONSIBILITIES: Achieve daily and monthly sales targets. Facilitate trainings to excite, educate, and motivate teams at various points of sales. Maintain communication with the Key Accounts team to ensure proper merchandising and stock (live product and testers) at various points of sales. Develop relationships and partnerships with stores managers and sales staff to enhance overall growth. Manage your own carstock (testers, gratis, gifts with purchase). Support the marketing team with marketing events and head-office events as needed. Follow and execute the marketing plan for each campaign. PROFILE: You are passionate about beauty, especially skincare You are sales-driven, love a challenge, and creative in identifying new opportunities to drive the business. Dutch and English speaker (Fluent in both language) You are client centric. You confidently approach clients at the point of sale and have experience traffic stopping. You are skilled at building relationships. You are known for being professional and cheerful. You can work autonomously, are organised and have great time management. You thrive in a fast-paced and high traffic store. Previous experience working with another beauty brand/retailer is preferred. You can travel in the area specified for this role, and additionally to our Head Office in Brussels as well as out of the country for seminars. COMPLEMENTARY INFORMATION: 1 year contract (4 days a week): To start in February 2026. If successful, this could turn into a permanent job. Area: Nederland Zuid Eindhoven, Maastricht, Rotterdam Ideal Living Location : Boxtel, Eindhoven, Rotterdam Working Hours: Wednesday Saturday Shift times can vary Ex: 11-5pm, 1-8pm.
