Every day, more than 80 000 colleagues lead the way to greener and smarter mobility worldwide, connecting cities as we reduce carbon and replace cars.You will join the D&IS France Procurement Organization, and will be based in Villeurbanne, close to LyonYou will be responsible of a team up to 10 people, and be in charge of "Train & Passenger" Procurement activities, for both Tenders & Projects phases."Train & Passenger" scope is the Train Control & Information Solutions of our Rolling Stock activity; You will be working with our Center of Excellence located in Villeurbanne, and dealing with all regions Projects (US, Asia, Europe, Africa, ...)We are looking for a motivated, dedicated and agile profile, ideally knowing project environnement, with strong leadershipMain missionsManage, develop, and support a team of approximately 10 buyers (potentially located on other site), in charge of tender, project, as well as Product Portofolio activitiesEnsure teams objectives on Competitivity, Supplier performances, on all QCD aspectsTeam management and developmentSecures compliance of his team to Alstom Policies and processes (Procurement, DFQ, Ethics & Compliance, ...)Manage headcount and staffingManage buyer team in close link with Global Procurement organization (Commodity Manager)Monitor local procurement team workload and process to arbitrationDevelop team competencesProcurement performanceApply & support Alstom procurement rules, process & toolsBring procurement expertise to support local buyer teamChallenge Global procurement (CM) to secure best tender proposals, then secure project execution and profitability in escalation phaseDrive continuous improvement within whole local buyer team (APSYS roadmap)Manage Supplier Local QCD performancesPerform regular (min. Monthly) supplier QCD performance, solves major issues and secure objectives achievementTender / Project / Product execution and profitabilitySupport local buyer to face commercial and contractual negotiation during pre-bid & project execution phaseChallenge site stakeholders (engineering, project industrials, supply chain, quality, ...) to secure project execution and profitabilityencourage innovative approaches to ensure continuous improvement on "Catalog Products" competitivity and availabilityTrack procurement performance in project and issue action plan in case of deviationAnalyses risks and sets appropriate mitigation planFormalize and share REX on main issuesSecure PO placed on timeOperationnal excellence & Cash focusSupport supply chain to monitor and secure raw material inventory and OTIF objectivesSupport quality on NCR treatment and improvement, CONQ S1 managementSupport accounting department to align on invoice accounting and payable daysActively participate on industrial continous improvementYou don't need to be a train enthusiast to thrive with us.
