As part of an application modernization and industrialization program, the client is seeking an Experienced / Senior .NET Developer to support the migration of legacy applications to modern, scalable environments. The mission focuses on: Migrating applications from .NET Framework 4.5 to .NET Core Transitioning workloads from Windows Server 2012 virtual machines to a Kubernetes-based infrastructure Mission Objectives: Improve application portability, scalability, and maintainability Support the client’s transition to containerized, cloud-native environments Key Responsibilities: Analyze existing applications developed in .NET Framework 4.5 Identify technical constraints, dependencies, and migration impacts Perform migrations to .NET Core Support the migration of applications from VM-based environments to Kubernetes Adapt applications to containerized and orchestrated environments Participate in application code development and refactoring Implement and execute unit, integration, and functional tests Ensure application quality, stability, and performance Work with existing code quality, CI/CD, and industrialization tools Contribute to improving development standards and practices Documentation: Application migrations Development changes Technical Skills: .NET Framework to .NET Core Experience with Kubernetes and containerized environments is a plus Familiarity with application modernization and industrialization projects Soft Skills: High level of autonomy and rigor Ability to work effectively in modernization-focused teams Seniority level Mid-Senior level Employment type Full-time Job function Information Technology Industries IT Services and IT Consulting #J-18808-Ljbffr
