OverviewDelta Plus North Europe seeks a Financial Planning & Analyst Manager F/H to lead FP&A transformation and drive financial performance across its global operations.ResponsibilitiesModernise FP&A planning, forecasting and reporting frameworks to industry‑leading standards.Lead the selection, deployment and adoption of an Enterprise Performance Management (EPM) system (e.g., Anaplan, OneStream, Tagetik, Oracle EPM).Develop and manage budgeting, rolling forecasts and strategic financial models.Track key performance indicators, analyze variances and provide actionable recommendations to senior leadership.Collaborate with cross‑functional and global business units to optimize profitability and operational efficiency.Drive automation and process improvements to enhance reporting accuracy and speed.QualificationsMinimum 5 years of experience in FP&A, management control, financial transformation or a related financial role.Strong experience with financial systems, data analysis and process automation.Proven experience in implementing or using EPM tools (Anaplan, OneStream, Tagetik, Oracle EPM).Analytical mindset with expertise in financial modeling and scenario analysis.Enterprise‑level drive, proactivity and comfort working in an international, multi‑entity environment.Advanced Excel and BI tools proficiency (Power BI, Tableau, Birst).Excellent communication skills to engage key stakeholders.BenefitsTicket restaurant, mutuelle, intéressement, participation, CSE, 1 jour TT.The company is committed to diversity and inclusion and encourages all candidates to apply without regard to race, gender, age, or disability.Seniority levelMid‑Senior levelEmployment typeFull‑timeJob functionFinance and Sales #J-18808-Ljbffr
