We serve more than 1 million users through 35,000+ companies and have reached 770 million euros in ARR with a team of over 700 employees across France, Spain, Belgium, and Canada. ⭐️ The Account Executive (Enterprise) job We’re expanding our Sales team in France and are looking for a full‑stack Enterprise Sales person to engage with prospects and convert them into happy Alan customers. You will focus on very large companies (1,000‑10,000 employees) in the tech, service, and industrial sectors, interacting with senior decision makers from HR to CEOs. Diverse workforce: Mix of 60% cadres / 40% non‑cadres, often with subsidiaries or multi‑site operations. Critical challenges: Multi‑stakeholder decision processes, long sales cycles, RFP processes requiring deep audits and product customization, strong influence from unions/CSE. Company profiles: Flagship brands or groups with standalone entities, focus on employee wellbeing and modern company culture. HR priorities: Increasing productivity, fair pricing, employee well‑being through customised health plans, simplifying HR through digital platforms, managing change around new health insurance. Critical business characteristics: Requires breadth & depth of expertise, account‑based strategies, early engagement in company roadmaps, face‑to‑face meetings, co‑creation of insurance and digital products, sales cycles with high stakes. ⭐ Is it you we’re looking for? At least 8 years of experience managing the full sales cycle, from prospecting to closing. Full working proficiency in French (C2+) and advanced level in English. Highly organized with exceptional follow‑up skills. Empathetic and passionate about solving prospects’ problems. Strong persuasion, negotiation, and consensus‑building abilities. Deep understanding of value drivers in recurring revenue business models. Great attitude and ability to collaborate in a small team. Eager to learn fast and make an impact from day one.
