Scope Infrastructure enablement for product crews (hosting improvements, CI/CD, scalability, multi‑cloud architecture) Security and compliance facilitation (authentication, encryption, threat protection) Developer productivity enhancements (local environment setup, monorepo tooling, observability, tech stack evolution) Design and development unification (design system, accessibility) AI‑assisted engineering enablement (agentic development, code assistants, MCP servers) Focus for 2026 In 2026, we will grow the team significantly to further increase our impact, expand our cloud footprint with a revisited multi‑cloud strategy, and elevate the quality bar from infrastructure to code foundations (back‑end, front‑end, mobile). We will also evolve our AI‑augmented development by putting AI code assistants as a first‑class citizen for everyone, including non‑engineers, and advance our security stack and posture. Is it you we’re looking for? Strong background in application and infrastructure security; hands‑on experience with application security testing and penetration testing. Experience protecting organisations from cyber threats and working with platforms to monitor, detect, and respond to incidents. Passionate about building secure products and systems. Familiarity with cloud security and modern web application security. Well‑versed in object‑oriented programming (Python, Java, C#) and enthusiastic about web technologies such as modern JavaScript. Willing to work in Python or JavaScript (prior experience not required). Passionate about building products. Self‑starting and entrepreneurial. Humble and still willing to grow (no matter your seniority). Collaborative and enthusiastic about teamwork, learning, and teaching. Fluent in English (no need to speak French).
