We deliver high‑quality climate projects – carbon assessments, lifecycle analyses (LCA), SBTi trajectories, CSRD support – and help organizations turn data and regulations into clear, actionable decisions. As a team, we combine analytical rigor with a strong customer success mindset, act as trusted advisors, thrive in a fast‑moving, collaborative environment, and work closely with Customer Support, Product, Sales, and Marketing to ensure our clients succeed and our methodologies stay robust. About the role We’re looking for a Climate Expert (2–8 years experience) who can blend analytical depth, project management, and confident client communication – someone who is as comfortable working with data as they are leading a meeting. Your mission: Drive end‑to‑end delivery of climate projects (GHG, LCA, SBTi, CSRD…), act as a trusted advisor, and help clients understand what to do next – not just what their footprint is. Key responsibilities Take ownership of your first GHG assessment projects Lead client meetings (kick‑off, methodology, results) in French and English Conduct data collection, consistency checks, and methodological analysis Translate technical outputs into clear, executive‑ready recommendations Share feedback with our Product team to improve processes and tools Additional responsibilities Smooth, structured delivery of climate projects Clear expectations and boundaries with clients (including saying no when needed) High‑quality documentation that can stand up to audit or regulatory review Cross‑team alignment by sharing field insight and improvement ideas A professional and assertive client posture, even under pressure What success looks like in your first year You manage a portfolio of complex, multi‑stakeholder clients with confidence You deliver high‑quality GHG, LCA, SBTi, or CSRD‑related projects on time Clients see you as a trusted advisor, not a technician You handle pressure, ambiguity, and conflicting expectations with resilience You contribute to improving tools, methods, templates, or processes You mentor newcomers or support internal initiatives as you grow Skills to succeed \Have 2–8 years of experience in consulting, project management, sustainability, climate/energy, engineering, or data‑dr roles Are very comfortable with numbers, assumptions, and calculations Have strong project‑ and stakeholder‑management skills Communicate clearly and confidently, simplifying complex topics for non‑experts Are assertive and comfortable pushing back when needed (scope, delays, data quality) Are resilient to change: fast‑moving environments, evolving products, multiple priorities Are curious about climate regulation and carbon accounting (GHG Protocol, SBTi, CSRD…) Are bilingual in French and English (C1/C1), both verbal and written Nice to have Strong Excel skills (mandatory) Experience with Python/SQL/BI tools Prior exposure to climate frameworks or sustainability consulting Not a fit if You prefer working behind the scenes with minimal client interaction You dislike challenging clients or navigating conflicting opinions You find fast‑paced environments overwhelming Perks & benefits €44‑54K total annual compensation (incl. variable) Beautiful offices in the heart of Paris (9ᵉ arrondissement) Flexible remote work options Top‑notch tools to help you do your best work Private medical insurance with Alan (including mental health support), 100% covered 50% Navigo reimbursement for public transport Sustainable lunch vouchers via Ekip Partial coverage of your Gymlib subscription A culture of autonomy, transparency, and collaboration — with a team of highly talented, committed people Recruitment process Meet our Team Lead for an introduction to the role Prepare and present a case study exercise Meet the Head of Delivery, Ying Provide us with 1‑2 references to complete the recruitment process We welcome you during our onboarding week We’re a team shaped by diverse experiences and ideas.
