Web Designer & SEO Manager – Alohi Location: Geneva, Switzerland (Full‑time, On‑site) Company Overview: Alohi SA provides Sign.Plus, Fax.Plus, Dial.Plus, and Scan.Plus, integrating state‑of‑the‑art technology with compelling user experiences for over 4,000,000 customers worldwide. Responsibilities Design, maintain, and continuously optimize Webflow‑powered websites for world‑class user experience. Create responsive, conversion‑focused designs aligned with Alohi’s brand identity and business goals. Collaborate closely with marketing, development, and other teams to ensure seamless UX, accessibility, and design consistency. Enhance visual storytelling through layouts, animations, and micro‑interactions that reflect Alohi’s innovation‑driven ethos. Ensure all designs adhere to performance and accessibility best practices (Core Web Vitals, responsive behavior, fast loading times). Develop and execute advanced SEO strategies to drive traffic growth and strengthen organic visibility. Conduct ongoing keyword research, on‑page optimization, and content structuring to improve search rankings. Collaborate with content teams to implement best practices in metadata, schema markup, and internal linking. Work cross‑functionally with developers to ensure technical SEO excellence, including site architecture, indexation, and crawl efficiency. Regularly monitor, analyze, and report performance metrics using Google Analytics, Search Console, Ahrefs, or SEMrush. Oversee day‑to‑day Webflow operations, ensuring stability, speed, and ongoing optimization. Lead web updates, landing page creation, and iterative testing for UX, conversion, and SEO performance. Partner with growth and content teams to ensure websites reflect ongoing campaigns, product launches, and key initiatives. Leverage AI‑powered tools for design ideation, content enhancement, and optimization efficiency. Track and report key website and SEO KPIs, turning insights into actionable recommendations. Drive data‑informed decision‑making while balancing creativity with measurable impact. Collaborate with marketing, product, and engineering to ensure unified brand execution across all online channels. Stay informed on Webflow innovations, SEO algorithm updates, and AI design trends to maintain a competitive edge. Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Design, Marketing, Computer Science, or a related field. On‑site presence required at the Geneva office. Minimum four years of experience in web design and SEO, ideally in a SaaS or technology environment. Proven ability to design and manage high‑performing, SEO‑optimized websites. Proficiency in Webflow, HTML5, CSS3, and a solid understanding of responsive design principles. Deep knowledge of on‑page, off‑page, and technical SEO, including Core Web Vitals and schema. Experience with analytics and optimization tools such as Google Analytics 4, Google Search Console, Ahrefs, or SEMrush. Strong eye for UX/UI design, visual storytelling, and brand consistency. Excellent communication and project management skills, with the ability to collaborate across departments. Fluent in English. Passion for innovation, AI‑driven creativity, and continuous improvement.
