Alongside excellent academic credentials and a strong foundation in legal principles, the ideal candidate is business-savvy and motivated to address complex legal and regulatory challenges.Key AccountabilitiesRegulatory Compliance: Draft guidelines, deliver trainings, raise awareness on competition-law related topics.Merger Control: Assist with merger control analysis of M&A projects, merger filing preparation, monitoring of integration planning process, and enforcement of behavioral commitments.Business Support: Work closely with internal stakeholders to deliver tailored legal advice, helping them navigate complex competition law frameworks.Knowledge, Experience & SkillsEducation & Qualifications: Qualified or trainee lawyer with a strong academic background, preferably with a focus on Competition law.Experience: Experience in antitrust, merger control, or related regulatory matters (internships or initial work experience will be valued).Specialist Knowledge & Skills: Strong analytical and research skills, with the ability to address complex legal issues independently and as part of a team.Interpersonal & Communication Skills: Good knowledge of the French and English languages.
