We partner with 35K+ companies, serving 730K+ members, with €540M+ ARR, and a team of 650+ across France, Spain, Belgium, and Canada.We aim to deliver prevention-focused care and operate with a culture guided by values that emphasize mission-driven work, customer-led delivery, excellence, collaboration, transparency, bold thinking, and fast, simple execution.ResponsibilitiesRun our Insurance or Health services processes (Ops Runners) and ensure day-to-day follow-up and monitoring of operationsFlag risks and opportunities and drive improvements to processes and service deliveryOperate our processes such as invoicing, claims treatment, provider network management, and internal support through documentationSupervise partnerships (e.g., teleconsultation, claim operators), participate in negotiations, and maintain daily communication for business continuityPerform controls to ensure correct decisions and identify training needsEscalate feedback and help prioritise initiatives to improve delight and efficiencyImplement continuous improvements (roughly 20–30% of time) with product teams, external communications, audits, and process automationNote: Profiles may join different pools and change scopes over time based on Alan’s needs and interests.Location requirement: Based in France, Belgium or Spain.What you will do in detailOperating our processes (e.g., invoicing or claims treatment), manage our provider network, and support internal teamsMonitoring scheme to track volumes, efficiency, and SLAs, identifying risks and areas for improvementSupervising partnerships, including daily communication to ensure business continuityControls and training to ensure correct decisions and identify training needsEscalating feedback to prioritise and support initiativesRun organisation responsibilities include areas such as Alan therapy, Claims, Fraud, Set up, and other pools; roles emphasize delivering excellent service to companies and members and being ready to disrupt traditional insurance and healthcare services.ExperienceWe are aiming to hire within the A2-B level range.
