Software & Electric and Electronics - Software & Electric and Electronics Functional Safety Engineer Contrat CDI Statut Cadre Key Responsibilities Refine and detail allocated software safety requirements to ensure clarity, feasibility, and testability. Allocate safety requirements to the appropriate software components (e.g., Application SWCs, RTE, Basic Software modules). Collaborate with software architects and developers to align safety requirements with software architecture and design. Maintain traceability of safety requirements across refinement, allocation, implementation, and verification. Contribute to the definition of safety mechanisms at software component level. Support the preparation of safety-related work products (e.g., Software Safety Requirements Specification, Safety Analyses, Safety Case). Participate in reviews of software design, implementation, and test results to ensure compliance with ISO 26262. Work closely with verification teams to define and review safety test cases (unit, integration, and robustness tests). Provide inputs to audits and assessments related to software functional safety compliance. Profil Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Electrical/Electronic Engineering, Embedded Systems, or related field. Experience in functional safety within automotive software development. Solid understanding of ISO 26262 Part 6 (software level), including requirements refinement and allocation. Knowledge of AUTOSAR-based software architecture (Application SWCs, RTE, BSW). Familiarity with requirements management and traceability tools (e.g., DOORS, Polarion, Jama). Experience in embedded software development (C/C++) and automotive communication protocols (CAN, LIN, Ethernet) is a plus. Knowledge of safety analysis methods (e.g., FMEA, FTA) at software level. Strong documentation, review, and communication skills in an international environment. Professional proficiency in English (written and spoken). Pays Europe, France Langues #J-18808-Ljbffr
