Les 1100 collaborateurs de notre site de production de Fegersheim (à proximité immédiate de Strasbourg) sont acteurs de notre ambition et produisent des médicaments injectables contre le diabète, l'ostéoporose, des anticorps monoclonaux (notamment en cancérologie) ainsi que des hormones de croissance. Nos médicaments sont exportés dans plus de 100 pays. Fort de 50 ans d'expérience en production pharmaceutique, le site participe à l'industrialisation des nouveaux produits prometteurs de Lilly. Présentation de l'organisation : Vous serez rattaché(e) au département Packaging & Device de la Direction engineering du site. Mission principale Assurer le suivi et l'optimisation des processus logistiques au quotidien, analyser et résoudre les problèmes opérationnels, et garantir la continuité des activités. Responsabilités Surveiller et analyser les performances des équipements automatisés (Type AGV, ASRS, transtockeurs, convoyeurs, Skan automatique...). Mener et documenter des investigations en cas de dysfonctionnement ou de non-conformité. Identifier les causes racines et mettre en œuvre des actions correctives. Collaborer avec les équipes opérationnelles, maintenance, qualité et sécurité. Assurer le reporting régulier des incidents, analyses et améliorations. Participer à la formation des équipes sur les nouveaux processus ou outils. Compétences requises Expertise technique en automatisme, électricité, mécanique et en informatique industrielle. Maîtrise des outils de suivi et d'analyse (Excel, ERP, WMS, Power BI...). Capacité à résoudre des problèmes complexes rapidement. Connaissance des méthodes d'amélioration continue. Bon sens de l'organisation et esprit d'équipe. Profil recherché / Connaissances requises : Titulaire d'un diplôme d'Ingénieur généraliste ou mécanique issu d'une grande école. Expérience : Première expérience professionnelle en industrie. Maitrise de l'Anglais (oral et écrit). Informations complémentaires Type de contrat : CDD 12 mois. Travail en journée, astreinte. Poste basé à Fegersheim (15 min du centre de Strasbourg, usine desservie en transports en commun et par des pistes cyclables).
